Service Cancellation and Refund Policy

Effective Date: 25.09.2025

1. Service Cancellation by Client

  • Clients may cancel their subscription or service agreement by providing written notice via email to info@meshedlifestylefitness.com.

  • Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time, with cancellation taking effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

  • Annual plans may be cancelled with 30 days’ notice. Any refund for unused months will be calculated on a pro-rated basis, less any applicable discounts or setup fees.

2. Service Cancellation by MeshedLifestyleFitness

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if:

  • Payment is not received on time.

  • The client engages in unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent activity.

  • There is a breach of these Terms of Use.

In such cases, no refund will be issued for the remaining term unless required by law.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:

  • Service not delivered: If services are not provided due to our failure, a full refund will be offered.

  • Technical or operational error: If a billing error occurs on our side, the overcharged amount will be refunded.

  • Annual plan early cancellation: Refunds will be calculated pro-rata for unused months, adjusted for any upfront discounts provided at the time of purchase.

4. Non-Refundable Items

  • One-time setup, onboarding, or integration fees.

  • Services already delivered or completed.

  • Add-on services related to single events after the event has occurred.

5. Refund Process

  • All refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@meshedlifestylefitness.com.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days, using the same payment method originally provided.
